Garden suites in Toronto
A garden suite is a small, self-contained home in the backyard. For family, for rent, or both. Rivendell designs and builds them as part of the same design-build process we use on new houses.

How we build them
Payvand is the point of contact. We coordinate zoning, design, permits, construction, and finishing so you are not managing three companies. The suite has to work with the existing house, the lot, and the city's rules. That is a design-build job, not a bid package.
